How can we help?
Updated: 2026-10-10
Contact us for app problems, feedback, privacy questions or support-correspondence deletion requests.
Purchase support
If a purchase is missing, use Restore purchases in the ad-removal menu with the original store account. For refunds, follow Google Play or Apple App Store purchase support. Contact us if restoration fails; do not send card numbers or complete receipts containing personal information.
A useful bug report
Include your device operating-system version, app version, selected language and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, advertising identifiers, payment details or private conversations.
A note about readings
Readings are prepared for each zodiac sign and are not personal predictions. If content is unavailable, check your connection and retry. For urgent health, safety or financial concerns, contact an appropriate professional.
